Roller Track (also known as flow rail or skatewheel rail) is a gravity-driven material handling component widely used for flow racks, assembly lines and warehouse picking systems. It consists of U-shaped profile frame and rows of small rollers. Installed on a slight inclined rack, goods slide forward automatically by their own weight without power supply, realizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management. Our roller track supports multiple frame and roller material options, flexible size customization, low rolling resistance and quiet operation. It is easy to splice, install and maintain, ideal for factory lean production, order picking, parts feeding and logistics sorting.

Heavy-duty roller track (heavy flow rail) moves heavy cartons on gravity alone. Fit it at a slight incline on a flow rack or conveyor frame and the load slides forward by itself - no power needed, and FIFO comes built in.
