Applications & Conveying Method
This roller conveyor is suitable for warehousing, receiving and shipping, order picking, sorting, packing, loading and unloading, and production line transfer. It can be used as a single straight line or combined with other sections to fit the site. For gravity conveying, set a proper slope so goods move smoothly without going too fast. For flat lines, goods can be pushed by hand. The bottom of the goods should be flat and firm, which helps the goods move steadily on the rollers. Common goods include cartons, totes, boxes and pallets with suitable roller spacing. The line can also be used as a temporary conveying solution when power supply is not convenient, or as a flexible extension between different working areas. If needed, curved sections and guide rails can be added to match the layout.
Specifications & Customization
The main specifications include roller diameter, roller pitch, conveying width, total length, load capacity, frame material, roller material and leg height. For light cartons, a smaller roller diameter and shorter pitch are usually enough. For heavier goods, thicker rollers and a stronger frame are recommended. The conveyor length, width and leg height can be customized to match your working site, and the roller pitch can be adjusted based on the bottom size of the goods. Rollers can be galvanized steel, carbon steel or stainless steel. The frame can be galvanized, painted or made of stainless steel depending on the environment. Conveyor sections, legs and small parts are packed separately for easy transport. Depending on size and quantity, we use wooden cases, pallets or wrapped film for export packing.
