The core structure of a ball transfer unit comprises a main ball seated inside a housing. The housing contains an arcuate raceway in which a number of small supporting balls are arranged. When the main ball rotates, the supporting balls roll inside the raceway, allowing the main ball to turn smoothly in any direction. A sealing ring between the main ball and the housing effectively prevents dust, debris and other foreign matter from entering the interior, thereby ensuring rotational smoothness and extending service life.
