1. The axis line of the electric roller should be perpendicular to the center line of the belt conveyor in the conveying direction, and should be in a horizontal position. The inclination angle with the horizontal plane should not be greater than 5 °. Vertical installation of the roller body is not allowed; The installation plane of the roller support body must be in the same horizontal plane.
2. Electric rollers with fixed supports are usually connected to the belt conveyor frame in an upright form. If it is necessary to install the belt conveyor frame in other forms, but the belt conveyor frame is installed at an ascending or descending angle with the horizontal plane, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer's technical research and development center for internal structural adjustment as soon as possible.
3. For the installation of electric roller with fixed support, after leveling and alignment, the support body with keyway should be fixed first, and the other end of the support body should be fastened without adjustment.
4. Electric roller without support (i.e., mobile type). The supporting shaft head is mostly made of flat or square heads. Its installation method should be that the supporting shaft head matches the long groove of the mounting plate on the frame, with a gap of 0.2-0.3mm. There is a circular pit painted red on one surface of the flat head, which should be placed upward.
5. Built-in and external WII electric rollers have been assembled into an integral type. During installation, only 4-8 foot bolts need to be tightened according to the above requirements; For external WI and W-III electric rollers, in addition to installing foot bolts, couplings (hydraulic couplings, brakes, commutators, motors, etc.) should also be installed. During installation, the above components should be carefully adjusted until they are coaxial with each other, with a deviation of ≤ 0.10 mm, a skew angle of ≤ 0.5, and a non perpendicularity of ≤ 0.12 mm for vertical shaft installation.
6. The installation of the glue coated roller should meet the installation requirements of the belt conveyor. Not only should the tightness of the adhesive tape be moderate, but also the adhesive tape should not deviate. Especially for the roller covered with herringbone glue, the herringbone tip should be pointing at the same direction as the rotation direction of the roller body. The roller body on the main head frame of the machine, whether installed on the right or left, should meet this requirement.
