The standard shell is made of low carbon steel. lt can be surface knurled orrubberized to increase the friction.Stainless steel 304 is for food grade.

The standard shaft is made of carbon steel. Stainless steel 304 is for food grade.

 Sealing cover
The standard sealing cover is made of die-casting Aluminum, it's also for food gradeand can be customized SS304 cover.

 Gear reducer
Planetary gear structure, solar gear and planetary gear to ensure the high torque output.MotorFrequency 50Hz /60Hz,

applicable to universal voltage. Electrical insulation: Grade fthe standard length of wire exposed is 1.2 meters.
 Seal up
The shaft ends are with the double seal design, the drum motors seal protectiongradeis lP66/67
 Oiling
Drum motors have been filled oil, change it after working 50,000 hours.e

 Others
The drum motors can be equipped with backstop, preventing from goods reverse orslip when the inclined conveyor stops. And no need to extend the length of electricrollers.
The drum motors can be equipped with electromagnetic brake, but the length will beextended. The speed and the shell length can be customized.We can OEM drum motors according to customer requirements.
